ACT is a training service focusing on developing athletes on mental sharpness, work ethic, & improving athletic ability.
We offer affordable private and group training sessions, football camps, and challenges to help athletes reach their full potential. Our mission is to mold college-ready athletes and guide them towards success through education and sports.
EACH SESSION IS 1 HOUR IN LENGTH
Sessions are every Monday & Thursday each week check website for group times
8 Monthly Sessions, 2 sessions a week every Monday & Thursdays, there are no make up dates for missed sessions. Only make up sessions we will have will be due to any weather days. Sessions are monthly, depending on the month if there are 5 weeks the price will be adjusted for 10 sessions.
This service is one on one training, very good for athletes that are beginners working on fundamentals, or for athletes looking to advance their game to the next level.
Attention if any changes to set time of training please communicate with Coach Cruz 24 hours before your agreed training time. If failed to do so it may result as session marked as completed & paid for!
This is 1on1 Training that has 8 monthly sessions, 2 sessions per week.

This is monthly service that has 12 total sessions. This service is 3 sessions a week, 2 Group training sessions and 1 private training session.

OLINE will be working on stances, get offs, hand to hand combat, Foot work, slide protection, understanding the difference the between 1 step, 3 step,& 5 step protection, how to flat post/power or 45 posts/power and to know which one to use in the correct situation, differences in kick slide protection when to vertical set, 45 set, or to jump set.
DLINE will be working on stances, get offs, hand to combat, footwork, 3-4 pass rush moves, understanding the proper way to rush the quarter back after engaging and beating the offensive lineman, how to read run to pass through the offensive lineman’s chests or back foot, & understanding how to defend against the run.
