Group training is position-specific. For athletes interested in both O-Line and D-Line, sessions can be booked individually, or you can take advantage of the combined monthly rate of $350 for full access to both positions.



Program Details & Attendance
Each training session is 60 minutes, with 2 sessions per week training days between Monday -Thursday. Please refer to the schedule above for specific times based on grade and position.

Please refer to the schedule above for specific times based on grade and position.This is a monthly program totaling 8 sessions. Missed sessions cannot be rolled over. However, if a session is canceled due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances that the group could not meet, the session will be rescheduled to ensure all sessions are completed.
Attendance & Make-Up Policy
There are no make-up sessions for missed training sessions. Make-up sessions will only be offered if training is canceled due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances that prevent group sessions from taking place.
Monthly pricing is based on the total number of sessions scheduled. For example, months with 5 weeks (10 sessions) will be adjusted accordingly.
One-on-One Training (60 Minutes)
Personalized training focused on each athlete’s position and goals. Perfect for beginners building fundamentals or experienced athletes looking to take their game to the next level. Each session delivers detailed coaching, immediate feedback, and real development.
ACT Package
(8 Group + 4 Private Trainings)
(3 sessions per week: 2 group, 1 private)
Designed to build consistency and maximize development, athletes get high-rep group work along with personalized 1-on-1 coaching. This combination helps improve fundamentals, technique, and overall performance at their position.
One-on-One Training (60 Minutes)
(2+ sessions per week)
Personalized, position-specific training designed to develop fundamentals and elevate performance. Ideal for beginners and advanced athletes looking to gain a competitive edge through detailed coaching and real results.
Rescheduling & Attendance Policy
Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Any session canceled, missed, or rescheduled within 48 hours may be considered completed and charged accordingly.
Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will forfeit the session, and payment will still be processed.
