ABOUT ACT ATHLETICS

ACT Athletics is a performance training program focused on developing elite offensive and defensive linemen. Led by Coach Adonis Cruz, we provide high-level, position-specific training built on technique, discipline, and real game application.

Our mission is to build stronger, faster, and more confident athletes.

PROGRAM DETAILS

ACT TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

At ACT Athletics, we train with intention and intensity. Every rep matters.

We emphasize:

  • Discipline over shortcuts
  • Technique over hype
  • Consistency over motivation

Our goal is simple:

Develop dominant athletes who perform when it matters most.

GROUP TRAINING

Our group training sessions are designed to develop athletes through structured, high-intensity workouts focused on position-specific skills.

What We Focus On:

  • Offensive & Defensive Line Techniques
  • Footwork & Agility
  • Hand Placement & Leverage
  • Strength & Explosiveness
  • Game-Realistic Situations
  • Mental Toughness & Discipline

Program Structure:

  • 2 sessions per week
  • 1 hour per session
  • Monthly program (8–10 sessions depending on the month)
  • Separated by grade level and position for maximum development

Who It’s For:

  • Youth, Middle School, High School, and College Athletes
  • Offensive Linemen & Defensive Linemen

PRIVATE TRAINING

Private sessions provide a more personalized training experience tailored specifically to the athlete’s goals and position.

What You Get:

  • 1-on-1 coaching with Coach Cruz
  • Small group private training 3+ athletes 
  • Detailed skill breakdown and correction
  • Position-specific development plan
  • Increased reps and attention to detail
